“Inside the Wilderness precinct of the National Park, Miller’s Landing protects the southernmost stand of mangroves in the world and the inlet is a safe haven for migratory birds. The walk passes through open banksia and Stringybark woodland for about 2km before descending to the landing and mangroves.” – Victoria Walks
The area is also known for Yellow-tailed Cockatoos, Scarlet Robins, Varied Sittella and Honeyeaters to name a few birds, along with an array of wildflowers in spring.
